In which the Eds quest for knowledge takes them out of this world

The Plot:
Ed can't sleep which spells trouble and a restless night for Eddy. After an eternity of irritation they troop over to Double D's house and find him deep in the study of gaining even more knowledge. Well now, if knowledge can be power then it can surely be Jawbreakers too because according to Eddy if he becomes wise he'll automatically get rich quick too!
And so the Eds set out on the ultimate quest to expand their horizons, taking apart whatever they can get their hands on in order to learn how it works, why it works and all things in between. Naturally some people object to this and after narrowly escaping the clutches of Rolf and yet another of his crazy tales the boys somehow stumble into an alternate cul-de-sac in a surreal and warped universe where nothing and nobody is quite what it seems - Plank carries Jonny around, a liquid Jimmy disappears into the drain, clouds are made of cotton and the sun's a crispy cookie. Even the Kankers put in a froth-covered appearance. Watch, learn and above all Ed boys … enjoy!

The whole "surreal" sequence starting with Eddy eating the sun, Jimmy's outline being pulled off, Double D on the Escher-like stairway to nowhere, groovy-coloured skies, floating cows, and that great sequence where Eddy falls through the hole at the base of the screen and comes back from the sky and then there's Plank carrying Jonny's head around - its too much : ))
