November 13 2004: as you may know we are currently in the midst of relocating to our new home, to this effect some parts of the site (fanfics, episodes etc) already live on a different URL, our apologies for any confusion, we'll get the rest moved over asap. With immediate effect all episode guides (seasons 1 through to 4) fanfiction / fan-art / fan poetry sections & the G.I. are now hosted on edtropolis.com

November 12th 2004: E2E (Earth to Edd) forums have moved home and are now located at www.edtropolis.com/forum/ Please note that you will need to register for membership at the forum regardless of whether or not you were a member of the old Ezboard E2E. As always we welcome new members.

November 10th 2004: finally its sorted out, the new home url for the Eddzone will be 'edtropolis.com' ... or rather it will once I've managed to move it all over there. In the near future you may begin to notice parts of the site appearing with the new url as the various sections are moved across.

September /October 2004: as mentioned on the News page, I am in the process of negotiating a new home for the Eddzone as we've outgrown our current one and are dying to bring out a host of new pages and sections for you. So updates over the moving period are likely to be few as I'll be tearing my hair out with the move as well as trying to sort out my new 'real life' job. Watch this space, we'll keep you posted!

September 4th 2004: 'missing in action' season 3 shows 'Rock-a- Bye Ed' and 'O-Ed Eleven' added to the episode guides

September 3rd 2004: Oh my! Okay so I know I said updates would be sporadic for a while but here's a little treat for anyone interested - the last episode of S4 (Take this Ed & Shove It) is now sitting pretty in the episode guides section! The ep is an absolute classic but remember this means super-heavy spoilers so if you want to savour the surprise till it comes on your TV then just don't go there!

August 23rd 2004: If you visit a certain TV listings site then you'll no doubt know that there are a number of very strange stories flying around the 'net regarding season 5 as well as a so-called EEnE movie. Please check the News page for the truth about these rumours.

April 1st 2004: HAPPY 10th ANNIVERSARY AKA CARTOON! Huge thanks to everyone who left their anniversary wishes and/or sent in artwork for the celebration. I'm reliably informed that Danny really enjoyed looking at the artwork and if you visit the tribute page you'll see he's left a message of his own in return. Both the art gallery & the tribute page will remain open for the foreseeable future to celebrate aka's first decade so its not too late to make your own appreciation felt!

March 24th 2004: AKA cartoon 10th anniversary & Eddzone 5th birthday galleries updated -many thanks to everyone for sending in their pictures!

February 14th 2004: I am away now for a couple of weeks, therefore the next Eddzone update will be early March

January 27th 2004 : Just a note to anyone who might have sent me an email this week - with the current 'mydoom' worm running rampant through so many systems worldwide I've been getting literally hundreds of emails every day and have taken to simply deleting everything for now so please mail me again in a few days. Similarly I have not mailed anyone so if you receive an email from either the current or old Eddzone address with what appears to be an attachment do not open it - as a matter of fact you shouldn't open any e-mail attachment unless you're positive you know what it is and trust who it came from. Better safe than sorry guys.

In the U.K we've been lucky enough to have fourteen new episodes over the past 2 weeks week so after much bleary-eyed blinking in the wee small hours you can find screengrabs and reviews for the following eps in the episode guides section Ed Overboard / One of Those Eds / They Call him Mister Ed / For the Ed by the Ed / Little Ed Blue / A Twist of Ed / The Good Ol' Ed Your Ed Here / Thick as an Ed / Sorry Wrong Ed / Robbin Ed / A Case of Ed / Stiff Upper Ed / Here's Mud in Your Ed. This seems to conclude the UK's current run of brand new shows whichs leaves the remaining 6 to be aired sometime in the future.

July 23rd 2003: TAKING A BREAK - EDDZONE UPDATES ON HOLD U.F.N. I've made a difficult decision today and have decided to put certain sections of the Eddzone on hold until further notice. Please note what this means, namely that I will not be accepting any new fan input ie fanfics, fanart, poetry, Ed-pages, character bios and authors bios for the foreseeable future. News, new show write-ups and any other small things such as new links will be covered of course plus I shall endeavour to keep up with the Gravy Enquirer if possible and of course post at E2E.

July 14^th 2003: as of 'now' the Eddzone contact address for questions, queries, comments etc has changed. Please don't flood the mailbox with one-liner mails that quite simply don't say anything, I only set the box up a day or so ago and already there is a person who has sent me at least 6 mails of approx 8 words apiece telling me how crazy and funny they are. This may seem amusing to them but its just tedious for me and it means the time I had put aside to update the site is quickly eaten up by instead on purging all their junk mails. I know this sounds miserable of me but that's the bottom line for now.

Following on from this, if you do send me heaps of frivolous mail then be warned that this can backfire on you, basically I'll blacklist your name as a 'nuisance' and delete all your mails without even opening them. Should you then decide to submit work to the site it's going to be a case of 'tough luck' because they'll be sent straight to file 13 unread. Finally, please don't send forwards, quizzes, jokes, questionnaires & other passarounds, they take up space and don't get read.

June 20^th - July 15^th 2003: NEWS ON UPDATES (OR LACK OF THEM) As you may have noticed recently I've not been able to update the site. This was due to the fact that my old computer went belly up on 22nd June *sniff* I have now got a new machine but am currently unable to update the site because all my FTP stuff is on the old machine and I've not got the two networked yet. This is probably going to take a couple of weeks so we're looking towards the middle or tail end of July at the earliest. In the meantime I have to ask you NOT to mail me stuff for the site because - you've guessed it - my email proggy is needing a revamp too and currently anything sent to me gets chewed up and is never seen again 0- with this in mind its worth noting that all of the mail sent after 22nd June has gone AWOL so please resend it once I give the go ahead but please NOT YET. Once the mail's all square again I will give you the greenlight to send your submissions in. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but to be honest there's not a whole lot I can do apart from ask you to be patient, computer's aren't so clever after all huh?

June 9th 2003: Eddzone guest map misuse - yes, I have deleted a whole chunk of entries, the reason why is simple - there appears to be a couple of people abusing the map by using it as a message board, one word on this - don't. The guest map is there so that fans of the show around the world can drop by and tell other fans where they live, its not there for 'where are you?' or 'didn't see you yesterday' or other chat. If you want to leave messages or chat then please consider joining the Eddzone forums instead.

June 12th 2003: SENDING ME STUFF? PLEASE READ: There' a whole spate of nasty spam mails popping up in my mailbox recently and as I work from a shared machine I'd be grateful if when you mail me stuff, you would put 'Fanfic / Fanart etc for the Eddzone' in the subject / header box. Anything else that looks even remotely iffy will be deleted without opening. Oh and please remember to tell me your name or nickname so I can label your work correctly :)

June 3rd 2003: some snazzy new artwork and a couple of fics plus a word on E2E application queries. As the same queries keep popping up in my mailbox- namely people telling me they have joined Ezboard but still can't post at the Eddzone forums. Now the reason for this is that the board is set to 'membership by application only' so what you need to do is first get yourself a free Global Ezboard account and then apply to join the board. To do this hit 'reply' in any of the forum threads and you will be taken to a page telling you what to do. Once you've applied Ezboard sends me a memo and providing you're on the level then I authorise your membership.I do realise this seems long-winded but its also a good way to keep out undesirable elements, known flamers and so on and makes for a more peaceful, friendlier and community-orientated board. You do need to be 13 to be an Ezboard member although it is permissible if you are younger and get a responsible adult to apply for you. To date our youngest member is 11 and myself, the moderators and indeed all members are very aware of younger members of the community and do all we can to keep the place as 'family friendly' as we can & behave responsibly. If anyone has any queries on membership just drop me a line.

May 16th to June 2nd 2003: NO UPDATES! Please note that I'm away on vacation from 16 May 'til 2 June inclusive, thus the site will not be updated during this time (including the Gravy Inquirer section) and since its always hectic after a holiday we're probably looking at around June 7-ish for the next one. If you are sending in stuff for the site I would really appreciate it if you didn't mail it to me until after I return. This is because my mailboxes tend to get extremely full of SPAM and such nonsense when I'm away and I have a habit of deleting en masse, so please to keep it safe wait till I get home. Similarly new applications for the Earth to Edd message forum will not be processed until after June 3rd

May 15th 2003: latest issue of GravyEnquirer. Note this will be the last Eddzone update until after my vacation (see above)

April 29th 2003: someone expressed concern that it had been a bit quiet around here lately, well what with exams and finals and all sorts of other stuff that's to be expected at this time of year, also the long wait for new shows in Fall doesn't help the situation much ... c'est la vie!

April 28th 2003: a few new fanfics & some nice new artwork (plus some of the older artwork removed to galleries)

April 5th 2003: Happy Birthday Eddzone! No, not an update just a fact and that fact is that the Ed, Edd n Eddy Zone is now 4 years old! I never imagined when I first launched it back in the day's of season one's infancy that it would get so large or unite so many fans of the show. Onwards n upwards!

March 31st 2003: more info on Eds GBA game - check the news page, plus Gravy Enquirer issue 8

March 28th 2003: couple of fics plus more of a heads up than an update, but TAH-DAH the Eds Gameboy Advance adventure is finally in the stores. Check out the news page to learn how the Eddzone wants your contributions regarding 'Jawbreakers'

March 24th 2003: a few odds n sods such as jawbreakers n artwork plus several PG fanfics and this week's Gravy Inquirer which is late 'cos I went out to enjoy the spring sunshine instead of hunching over the computer all weekend, so sue me!

March 15th 2003: some new pics n fics plus the latest Gravy Inquirer. Please note that Inquirer editor Joe is currently eager to hear from freelance reporters so if you have an idea for a good Eds story drop him an email at buttered_toast111@yahoo.com - note that for the story to be accepted it must directly involve the members of Peach Creek and not contain pop culture references.

February 26th 2003: yep, so its a day early but I couldn't wait any longer, Danny's birthday tribute page is now on-line in the fanart section - cheers to everyone who took part!

December 16th 2002: Artwork section overhauled, all 'missing' work retrieved from the Eddzone's old server & installed on new galleries .

December 14th 2002: a little reminder - as previously stated, I no longer have as much time to spend on fan-related updates and much of the time I do spend here seems to get eaten up by correcting spelling errors / fonts in fanfiction. Therefore if you are submitting a story please spell check it before you send it on. If the work is simply too full of errors I will have no choice but to sideline it until I do have time - which will not be in the immediate foreseeable future. So please READ your own work (or get someone to proof-read it) and correct as much as you can to avoid disappointment

July 1st 2002: a note of fanfic submissions - I do not have as much time to spend on updates at the moment as I used to and a lot of the time I do have goes into correcting spelling errors / punctuation / fonts in fanfiction. Therefore if you are submitting a story please check it before you send it on, as unchecked work may be sidelined in favour of properly checked material, so to disappointment please do your homework!
